Shipping Policy


Processing Times
New orders usually processed within 2-7 business days.  This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at the time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive. This speed may vary according to product type, destination, and the time of year. If it's been more than 10 days since you placed your order and you still have not received tracking info, email for an update. 

Expedited Shipping 
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Shipping Delays

Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, nor will we issue refunds due to delays on the carrier's end. We do not have control over how quickly your package is processed/scanned and delivered by the shipping carrier.

Actual delivery time will depend on how fast the shipping carrier gets it to you. The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. There may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the estimated time frame.  

If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t arrived yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance. If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier before emailing.

Ordered more than one item?
Please be aware that your items may ship separately AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU - we cover these costs. Offering a unique variety of items means working with a variety of expert suppliers. In order to ship your order as quickly as possible, some items may ship separately from other items in your order. This will not affect what you pay for shipping.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You, the customer, are responsible for these fees.
We ship from multiple distribution locations to help you receive your order as fast as possible: Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC, and Riga, Latvia for overseas orders.
Double Check Your Shipping Address
To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the timeframes we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Address Change
Please alert us of any address change within 24 hours of purchase. Be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If your order is returned for an incorrect address, you will need to pay for reshipping to the correct address.
Order Tracking
We send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships, so you can follow the delivery right to your doorstep! Please keep in mind tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. 

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.  Culture Boss not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, even when it has been marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Culture Boss does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we are not responsible for any postal delays.
Out of stock items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved rights regarding shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Culture Boss reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Culture Boss reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Culture Boss reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
